Starlight Batiks are custom-colored for a coordinated palatte of warm and cool grays that vary from light to dark shades. The dramatic color palette has the richness and depth for which batiks are known. We have increase Starlight to a 102" x 102" King-sized quilt and extended the program to 11 months. THe 12" blocks are square set but colored to create eye-catching diagonal lines. The 6" pieced border on the quilt are made up of smal and large diamonds that tie the whole piece together. We think the size of the block and piecing means quilter with moderate experience and even confident beginners will find project very satisfying.
